Gender Clinic is a transgender care specialist. Gender Clinic offers psychological support, hormone therapy and gender-affirming surgery for transgender people. All of our care is given on medical grounds and following referral from our partners. This referral is subject to conditions.  

Psychology

Gender Clinic Mental Health (GCMH) offers psychological diagnoses of gender dysphoria, care assessments and psychological follow-up during medical gender-affirming care for adults (aged 18 and above). Our care is tailored to your needs and provided by a network of specialised mental health care providers.

Fertility

Gender Clinic offers fertility and gynaecology consultations for trans men, trans women and non-binary people. You may have questions or concerns about fertility, a desire to have children, semen (sperm) preservation, blood loss and contraception (birth control) during your transition. Dr Norah van Mello will provide your care at Gender Clinic. You can make an appointment after receiving a referral letter from your GP or doctor.

Hormone therapy

Gender Clinic offers hormone therapy at different stages of your transition. You can contact us if you would like to begin hormone therapy and meet our care criteria. Gender Clinic also offers follow-up treatment.

Surgery

Gender Clinic provides top surgery and revision to your chest or genitals to affirm your gender identity. Procedures include mastectomy, breast augmentation, orchiectomy or secondary corrections.
