Secondary correction following gender-affirming surgery

If you have received a referral letter to correct previous gender-affirming surgery, you can contact us to schedule a consultation with one of our surgeons following a health screening.
Many secondary corrections are reimbursed by health insurers. In some cases, you may need to submit an authorisation request to your insurer. After the consultation with one of our surgeons, we will request the authorisation on your behalf if needed.

Orchiectomy

If you have received a referral letter for orchiectomy, you can contact us to schedule a telephone consultation with one of our surgeons following a health screening. Orchiectomy surgery is fully reimbursed by your health insurer (minus any deductible, if applicable).

Funding for breast prostheses for transgender people

Since 1 February 2019, transgender people seeking breast augmentation have been able to apply for funding for breast prostheses. The funding is capped at €3,830. Please visit the website of the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport to check whether you are eligible for funding and apply for it.
